Returns
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products should be unused and in their original packaging, along with the order details.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wellness products cannot be returned. Items purchased during special offers may also not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund wherever applicable.
